At Rough & Tumble, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or any sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are present, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
